For me it was those 1970's/80's "Lanes" pellet holders that screwed to the side of the stock. Fell to bits and left two badly screwed holes in the stock.........Were they a freebee from a magazine ?

Yep, unfortunately, as I was transient during the first year of my divorce, I had to voluntarily surrender my F.A.C. and sell off all my lovelies. Three years on, I now own a home again, however (well, have a mortgage on one, lol), but haven't reapplied for my F.A.C. as yet: maybe next year?

Had a couple of Hawke scopes I wasn't particularly pleased with and a few mounts along the way but nothing stands out as bad apart from tins of poor pellets every now and again.
