Hi Everyone,

Having just listened to the BBC news and, in particular, the severe gale warnings issued for Sussex tomorrow (and having just cross referenced that report to 'Metcheck' and other weather forecasting agencies) it is felt that the shoot at Horsham tomorrow morning (10th December) should be CANCELLED on the grounds of safety. The shoot was to take place mainly in the woods. Those woods have recently suffered the loss of three large beech trees to winds of lesser strength than anticipated tomorrow.

I hope that we shall have your support and understanding in making this decision. In due course, if at all possible, we shall notify you all of an alternative date to which tomorrow's shoot can be transferred.
