There's no way I would take my guns out in the rain, but I guess you all have no choice. I can pick any number of dry, warm central Florida days.
The reason most of us go shooting is because we enjoy it. I have lately taken to clay pigeon shooting, but I don't enjoy it if it is raining, so I don't go. Some people are not bothered about cold and rain, others find it takes the pleasure away - make your own mind up and enjoy whatever you are doing.

Don't get me wrong, I am trying to bring up my boys in the mind set of wearing the right clobber and not hiding from the weather. I just didn't fancy having my first pistol HFT with rain on the pistol and scope. I'll save getting cold and wet weather for my mountain biking
