    Here they are Phil:

First the siiicone rubber mould (lovely colour!) : https://imgur.com/a/dLxES

Second the resultant grips: Original above, new grips below: https://imgur.com/a/2b252

The final product after drilling etc: https://imgur.com/a/3ujC3

I think we all have to agree that Phil has achieved a fantastic result,

I too have a need for a pair of these if there's one to spare.

Have you a price in mind?

Leave it with me Mick, tbh I’ve never made any grips to sell. Originally I did it for my own projects and then I’ve swopped a few to help fellow tinkerers out etc. I haven’t ever given prices a thought.

What resin did you use for casting Phil? I’ve used Polyurethane in the past but got lots of bubbles as I didn’t have a vacuum chamber.

If I don’t reply to your comments it’s probably because you’re on my Ignore list.

Yes I use a 2 part polyurethane resin,I don’t use a vacuum chamber but with care I’ve not had a problem tbh. I broke some grips into pieces when I first started to see if there were air bubbles but they were ok.

I was just hoping to save what has possibly been a donor without creating another wreck.

Give it chance and you might become the next Dyson!
