    FX Cyclone power issue/adjustment

Obviously answers via pm please as per forum rules. Got the chance of a Cyclone but it's only running at 9.8 to 10.1, how easy are these to work on to up the power a bit ? I'm aware the gun has three power settings and it was on its highest one.

Simple job, mind you, mine's running about that with 8.4g pellets, though it's close with 10.9s

    Replied to your pm.
Yep, my carbine's in walnut, lovely bit of wood (pity I couldn't get the T/H stock for it though). Nice bit of beeswax polish & they really look the mutts nuts

They are, aren't they? I also think that it comes to aim a lot better than some of my other rifles

I agree it feels great in the shoulder. Nearly 30 years shooting air rifles and never owned an FX, in the past few weeks I've now bought two the other is a Typhoon in .22 with the multi shot adapter in Walnut. I've only used it once but my God it's bang on accurate

We've got 4 here, all .177, Cyclone, 2 Typhoons & a Mk1 Vermy - all are more accurate than we are. I've also had the extended use of a Bobcat (nice, but I didn't have a 'good enough reason for buying it' (to the wife, anyway) at the time) and an Impact (again, nice but it was too small for me, felt like I was shooting a kiddies gun)
