    Thumbs up

Some of Paul Chell's work, He does the prep work so well, It shows in the final results

Fossie on here got a HW80mk action reblacked for me a few years ago, I did the polishing and prep work, I dropped it off with him at 10am and was picking it up at 2pm the same day! Dunno why it took so long!!

It didn't come out as shiny as Pauls work as I didn't polish it to a mirror finish like he does!!

This is how badly it was pitted..

    Finished

That's an excellent point, anyone working on any firearm by way of trade or business needs a valid RFD

The penalties are quite serious, mines Northants 1841.

Is there anyone who still does 'bluing' rather than chemical blacking, and is there any benefit from one or the other. Looking at possibly having an early HW77 redone, not sure what would be the best to keep it as close to the original finish?
