piston seals, which type is the best more efficient say for the hw's 95 77 80 ect. cform, parachute, or button type

My experience over the years is that the factory seals take some beating and there are no particular advantages (and a few disadvantages) of other types of seals.
I've tried Venom, V mach, PTFE, Custom air seals and always reverted to the HW factory seal.

I can second this but only if
it's a new-type HW-seal
it's limited to sub-12fpe power use

If you intend a lot of use at FAC you probably will be better off using any of the other brands.
As most of them are little bit oversized they may need some resizing. Or two tins for running in.
