    H&N Green flatheads

Recently watched a video of a bloke testing a Schofield pellet version.

He was getting about 410-430fps (7.3 grn) with JSB RS, and about fifteen to twenty fps more with the H&Ns (5.something grn).

Considering the unleaded pellets are much lighter than the JSB and cost about 20 quid a tin, my flabber was absolutely gasted. But then I got to thinking that the H&Ns might have generated greater velocity with a rifled barrel. So I wondered if anyone has tried them in the rifled barrel Colt SAA pellet gun. If so how did they do for velocity and accuracy?

And while I'm on the subject of lightweight ammunition, has anyone used the ASG plastic Blaster 4.5 bbs in their western or blowback bb guns?
I'd be grateful for any reports on their performance.

I only every shoot pistols indoors, usually at 10 yards max, so long range performance is not of interest to me.

Do the plastic jobbies group OK or are they all over the place?

    Thanks for the link.

They seem excellent for indoor use.
