When I am in this position I often find buying both solves my problem.

I opted for the compatto target, didn't feel right holding the bottle when mounting the gun, no regrets either.

I’d go for the Hi Lite as I like bottle guns, and probably will when my Galahad sells.

The brocock looks good value to me, in either format...

Good choice buddy, I bought the Compatto Target the week it was released and it's been flawless since!! Use Bisley Mags 4.52 and it's a tac driver

What do you want to use it for? If you like the handling of both then its a question of what shot count do you need. For hunting and even HFT, the Target is great. For paper punching (and HFT) go for the Bantam with its high shot count. The Compatto is really a nice hunting tool but it has a respectable shot count as well, even in standard form.

You can use a hand pump only with the compatto and whilst you could with the Bantam, it'll be a lot of hard work - you'll defo need a bottle for the latter. If you already have factored a bottle in then this don't help!

I'd add for hunting use, the standard compatto is more than adequate in consistency and you can add the difference to a decent scope.
