Sounds like a good few of you have been having fun up above. Excellent.

And very well done, Mike, on getting Rachel hooked. And well done, Rachel, on your excellent shooting at your first go.

Hope you get the mounting issue sorted, Jamie.

I took an hour out and went to the range this morning, it was deserted! That was good though cos it meant I could get all the toys out.

Top tip: "Cow Comfort Mud Mats" are an excellent backstop for arrows

Damn right! I'm loving this bow though, it's all packed up so compactly, but then it unfolds into a bringer of destruction. Unbelievably I still have all the arrows (and all our windows), and out at 25 yards I was hitting the cow-bed back stop everytime! Its about 2 foot by 3 foot though, not quite Robin Hood territory.

That's pretty good though mate. They do take some practice. I think i'll hold off standing in the field with an apple on my head though

There's a county archer in a local club here who practises with a target the size of the gold rings 9 and 10. Out to 50 yds. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkk!

    We are not worthy.

Was going to say 'Wow, William Tell or wot ?!?!' but didn't W.T. use a cross bow ??? ... That said then, will change my exclamation to 'Wow, Will Scarlet or wot ?!?!' (for Robin Hood would be hitting individual features on a coin at 100 yards blindfolded I say, yes that's right, blindfolded ) ...

So there's an IT helpline alongside the airgun advice line? Is all covered by the same subscription?
