We've been to Belgium twice now to buy baccy for people, both times it was closed!

And back in 2011 on one of our trips we saw another huge difference in attitudes.....En route to Italy we had been to the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang castle in Germany, Zell am See in Austria and then over the GlossGockner. By the time we were leaving Austria (9.30 pm-ish) everywhere was dead....lights off, bugger all open etc...As soon as we crossed the border into Italy, heading towards Cortina, even the small villages you drive through were busy and buzzing.....lights on, loads of people about, bars etc all open....one heck of a contrast within just a few short miles.

Nah, I was enjoying my own company and then the Missus came home, then Aaron, so my peace was disturbed. I won’t be up for much longer now though as I want to knock my last one out (last sleep) before my trip to Trappers in the morning
