replacement foresight

Hi, the barrel is 15mm in diameter

Has the foresight been removed? A few smks have the foresight moulded on the barrel on as such a step is turned on the barrel diameter for a better fitment. I have an smk19 foresight in my spares box but it's a smaller diameter than the 15mm barel

there is a grub screw on the foresight, but even when removed the sight doesnt seem to want to move
