    Pretty much In the original draft of legislation they planned to ban pizzas as an offensive weapon too as the TMNT used them too

    Another popular method of making the ammo was cigarette butts with a small nail inserted at one end and some thread tied around to secure it in place. Worked well shooting balloons at the cultural shows.

    Blow pipe

    They are great fun shooting at target on cardboard box or an old dart board!
