There are at least 2 or 3 or more variations of the Canadian made 150s.
The grip frame on my Canadian 150 is not textured.

To the best of my knowledge, the non textured grip frame is unique to Dunnsville.

This 150C with the non textured grip frame is the first example, that I can recall, of one being on a Fairport marked 150 model of any sort.

My 150c does not have a textured grip frame.
    No. 438208 from Fairport.
    Black grips.

My 150 and 157 are textured.

Was the 150c obtained in New Zealand, from the UK?

So, another 150C from the UK with non-textured grip frame. That's 2.

I'm leaning towards this being another variation of the model 150C.

    Thanks!

    Interesting.
Although why did they bother with two different types of grip frame?

Sounds like the Webley oddities we get excited about.
Which were often caused by management saying 'use up these old bits first'
Or letting the work experience boy /trainee make a few.
