    Seen a lot of Webley pistols for silly money round me. One local shop has a Mk1 pistol, looked clean but nothing special for £350.

    It takes up minimal case space so the dealer may as well have a go, selling their bought from holts sealed bid for less than £100 pistol for a good mark up.

    Trouble is, I immediately think that if they are taking the P on all prices, especially the pellets and slip I have gone in there for, I’m walking straight out and going to Uttings for a collect instead.

    If shops want walk in business, they need to be honest on all fronts.
