Yep, empathy to you, too, but at least my longing is now quashed.

Yes the CP99C is a tactile little pistol. A leaky one with three mags and case in sales section if you fancy a challenge.

If you do sell your DW replace it with their new 715 2.5. Pellet firer.
    Excellent revolver.

    I still feel guilty!

I am really pleased you are sorted now. I will second gingernuts comments on the 715 though, you feel the difference upon holding it.

I like the moral of your tale. However, I've never sold a gun thus no thought required.

Don't my friend. If nothing else am pleased my last one, as sold (to you ), went to such a good home. Besides, all is well that ends well, and as for me being £20 down? It matters not, as is a cheap price to pay for learning such a valuable lesson ... Gonna try to follow your M.O. from now on though, and try to only be a buyer, not a seller (lol ). Atvb: G.

I've got 2 of them boxed up and ready for sale! As much as I love them I need to thin down my collection.
Great Deals with : Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, Mick & Tich
