    Has he fitted the barrel to the mag? If not that will be the problem. It should be in big, bold letters on the front of the case imo. Go to the Steyr website and watch the set up video, within minutes it will be sorted.

    new

    its a brand new gun should not need messing with
    over 2 grand I would expect perfection out the box
    I will stick to my a a 400 thanks

    or put another way:

    I bought a Range Rover Sport. I was disgusted to find I had to move the seat so I could reach the pedals and steering wheel.

    I should have stuck with my Dacia Sandero!

    the instructions say it was tested at the factory even included the test target so it should not need setting up

    but if you found the motor in the back seat and had to fit it yourself that would be different
