I have one of theses in 22 that I bought in the mid nineties.
Are these considered collectors pistols yet?
Still works and myself and my son still use it and it’s pretty accurate.
Cheers

I would definitely include the BSA 240 Magnum in any list of collectable air pistols due to its relative rarity compared with the ubiquitous Webley design and its high quality build standard. I must admit that I do find it a bit harder to shoot accurately than the Webley possibly due to its sitting quite high in the hand when bringing up to aim.
I'm a big fan of well made steel framed air pistols with wooden grips and the 240 certainly ticks those boxes as well as looking pretty cool.

I still have my 177 240 boxed , I think I got inspection cert too.
Sure it's the later version revised seal.

Shot quite nice but I got on better with the scorpion.I like the weight and size.

Do BSA even make pistols anymore?
