Good evening my fellow muzzle loaders, just thought i'd keep you all updated with a little project I've been working on over the last 8 months or so. The last couple of years I've been teaching myself woodcarving, and in particular on gun stocks. My latest completed project involved making a new set of grips for my Pietta 1851 Navy, because, well, how hard can it be!?... and deciding also that I should use this as an opportunity for woodcarving practice.
