    Picked up a used 6 inch barrel version today and it's fully rifled. No idea how old it is though.

    The only issue I’ve had with the dna Wesson 715 is a very weak pawl bar, I’ve had 2 6 inch ones so far, and after maybe 300 pellets the pawl has snapped making it useless, thankfully my dealer replaced it free of charge

    You need to keep the barrel cone and cylinder face well greased and it rotates a lot easier.
    And NEVER use it in double action!

    Doesn’t that take away from the point of owning a double action revolver?

    It does a bit but out of all the revolvers I've got (5) it's by far the worst double action. Much more accurate and nicer to shoot in single.
