Thanks for the replies. Warwick now booked, never been there in my 58yrs. Motor bike museum would definitely be my sort of day. I am sure a return trip will be able to work that in. Will also be my first shooting show.

Try joining an HF-T club, as the camaraderie you'll experience travelling to, and welcoming visitors from, other clubs for light hearted banter (and maybe a bit of shooting lol ) is second to none, and may give you mates that will last a life-time.

The motorcycle museum is great. And only across the road.

How is that arranged Neil, do you phone/email or just turn up ?

Don't forget we've got Norton up here as well, at Castle Donington. 😍

You can just turn up for the Triumph museum, but you have to book and pay for the guided factory tour.

Birmingham city centre is ok just some of the surrounding areas can be a bit dodgy. Go and have a look around gas street basin marina and canals. You've also got sea Life centre close by. Some nice shops for the missus and plenty of good places to eat and drink.
