Foresight and inserts look a lot like a Weihrauch, same one hole in the side tab inserts. My set of 5 from a MK1 80 has 4 out of the 6 inserts shown, haven't got the wider square post and the large circle with hole.

Is it a BSA cocking link pin for a Mercury ?

HW front sight for seventies onwards.
