Excellent as usual Neil.
Thank you
A first look at this new 22mm set up from Nick Gibney. Shoots nice!
Excellent as usual Neil.
Thank you
Never go off half cocked....
All lies matter
Another great video...
More to come?
Daystate Regal xl .177 / Hawke niteeye 6-24x50irsf...
Weihrauch HW97 .22 tbt kit / Hawke sidewinder 30 10×42...
2 ferrets and a net...
Hope so. I dont do a video until I think I have something worthy of a video so I know there are some long gaps between them. But I do fancy doing a group test to include The Nick Gibney hybrid piston gun, the Nick Gibney 22mm gun, the Paul Short titanium piston gun and the Tony Leach 22mm TX. I would do the slow motion video of the guns being shot while suspended on that one as well I think...
But I want a bit of time to bed in the Nick G 22mm and find what pellets it likes.
Other kits are available.
I'll go have a look at the vid.
Edit ... Watched the vid. Enjoyable as always ... many thanks. My only complaint Neil is ...
I'll be stuck on You tube watching your videos now for a while drinking tea instead of getting things done that I need to get on with.

LOL exactly.
Your vids are great fun though Neil so thank you. Informative, interesting and the passion you have for springers comes across loud and clear. Keep 'em coming please.
Thank you sir! As I have already said - I dont do many cos I only make one when I think I have something interesting to do a video about and it has to be something that grabs my interest. So they are quite a long time coming.... but I am thinking of doing a sort of group test on all my tuned rifles cos I think that would be interesting. They are all great and I could happily take any one of them out and shoot with it all day but having said that they all feel completely different to one another - its a horses for courses thing. I will do the slow motion of the shot cycle of each on too....
When you do the video i'll drop off my Paul short s/3 97 with titanium piston, & you can show the world the superiority of the 22...and my Geoff Bullock tuned 80k in 25....
Rob
lol - you and your wierd and wonderful loopy slow big ass pellets. As I keep telling you - anything bigger than 177 is cheating in my eyes. If you can't make a soft sprung 22 and even softer sprung 25 shoot smooth its time to pack in!
177 my friend - theres the challenge
Great video. Rifle hardly moves with Nicks kit fitted.
I have been out in the freezing cold this afternoon naving a few more shots with it until I couldn't feel my fingers any more. I actually made a video of myself shooting the targets 62 yards away up my garden. It really seems to like 8.44 exacts and I was htting the spinners and duelling tree at teh top fo my garden with relative ease. Now bearing in mind that this rifle is just sat in a standard synthetic stock with a pretty ordinary trigger I reckon that is quite impressive.
