For Sale: A 1930's DIANA MODEL 58 .177 air rifle in stunning condition:

For Sale - one for the connoisseur!

A very rare 1930's German third series DIANA Model 58 underlever .177 air rifle, serial number 275, which is found stamped upon the inside of the tap lever. The only other Model 58 I have seen of this type, had the number 61, so I think we can infer from that the rifle had a short production run?

The Diana is in really excellent original condition, with all original blued finish, very slight 'speckling' only on the top of the cylinder. The stock similarly has all the original varnish etc, and the gun has never been touched, or been anywhere near an 'enthusiast'! Just been left alone in other words.

~The first incarnation of the '58' was Diana's answer to the BSA Military Pattern. No.275 is the third version without the dummy bolt of the first.

The price reflects the rarity and condition - £1500. Collection is much to be preferred.
