Horsham Hawks Winter Hunter Series 2017/18 – Round Three Results – 04.03.18

Very many thanks to everybody who turned out for the third round of the Horsham Hawks Winter Hunter Series today. I think I'm right in saying that, whilst people found the course quite challenging, feedback was very positive. Despite the recent cold, the temperature was much milder than of late and most appeared to have a good day. For the most part, the rain held off. However, varying wind speeds (and wind direction) certainly didn't help.

Don't forget that the last round will be held on:-

    - Sunday 25th March 2018 - final round followed by prize-giving.

I have prepared a spreadsheet of results so far, which can be found at http://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/003ef4...7a5620f63c.pdf

Please find below, the results published in the usual format. Any errors are mine alone. If you would be kind enough to ‘ping me’ a note, I will make any necessary corrections.

See you all at round four, if not before.

    Very best wishes,

    Phil

    Thanks to the Hawks

What an enjoyable morning that was, great course again fellas thanks so much to those who give their time.
, apologies at the end I had to get away.

I have a contract out on the squizzer up the pole, barsteward did me again...

Plenty of twigage going on and I have to say to the springer guys, kudos, getting on some of those positionals was difficult with my tarts gun...I dont have the balls to spring.

Nigel, Trevor, it was an absolute pleasure gents...hope I didnt talk TOO much

Nice shooting from the usual suspects.

I like this form of HFT, it adds a bit of spice.

Many thanks to Horsham for an enjoyable mornings shooting. A good hunter course.

Cheers Russ and Bob for their company today - a good laugh as usual.

This Hunter lark is alot easier with a PCP!

Brilliant course today, some genuinely tricky shots that tax the brain as well as the trigger finger.
Thanks to Kev and Russ, top shooting partners, well done Kev, top bombing

Thank you Hawkies for another great mornings shoot.

Wind was very variable as was one target that got blown just as I pulled the trigger.

Great fun, looking forward to the next/final round.

    Cheers guys
