I sometimes use sp3 powder when I can get it-- and now im using ramshot enforcer 10 grns of powder with a 35grn v-max dose the job for me

But I doubt it's very accurate

Your cases are sticking because the loads you're using are deforming them, , unless you're trying for a Darwin award, use a lighter load.
