But those are our mistakes which are
1 Even more irritating
2 A reminder that we can all do it.
But I still think that if you are paying for goods and services you are entitled to moan about silly mistakes by those involved.
Without going apesh*t which I agree is a common problem- especially with Eastenders viewers.
