Do PTFE O-rings still need to be lubed ?

I bought a seal kit for my HW100 and there is a PTFE -O-ring for the inlet valve that that cylinder screws onto. I was just confirming if it needs a touch of lube on it

Yes, a dab of silicon grease will be perfect. If it had been an o ring piston head then moly would be better
