    Question PCP Stirrup Pumps

    Hi Guys

    Are these PCP stirrup pumps worth owning if so please recommend to me makes and models that are worth considering.

    I have the one bundled with the Gamo Phox, a 12 stone man will have trouble pumping this when its near 200 bar as it takes nearly 12 stone to push it down, a person each side is the way to go with my pump, its hell on your own.

    Good cardio work out though, if your into that stuff.

    Hills pump for me. Parts readily available and imo they feel more robust than FX pumps.

    Hills pump was what I started of with but after all most having another heart attack switched over to a bottle sod that never again.

    Mine is badged as a Crossman but the instruction leaflet says made by FX.

    They're worth owning if you don't have easy access to cylinder refilling or as a back-up but otoh you could buy a 3ltr 300bar as a back up to a main 12ltr for not much more than a good pump.
