    I would get a foot long piece of 13mm steel bar for the end block. They are usually very tight. Don't forget to cock the trigger unit before you reinstall the trigger unit or it won't cock.

    When you say polish the comp. tube it does no harm to do the outside if it's stained.

    Thanks all!! I'll collect mi bits and write a ten commandments before self tuning my first Springer!!! Oh it's exciting!
