Price guide please

Hi,

I am going to sell a HW 77k , it has some age but is in very good condition.It comes with a Nikko scope 4-12X50 IR. I just never use it and it is sitting around looking forlorn. I do not want to post so what would be a fair price for this please?

Also a Crosman ratcatcher that needs resealing. I have the seals and a screw to replace the allen bolt in the breach. Again I dont want the hassle of post so what would you chaps recommend please?

Hopefully the sale of these two will kickstart my Mercury resoration and several others that are lying around.
