Thanks to the mud extraction crew
A bit late, but well earned thanks to the 'mud extraction crew' that managed to get my car out of the 'Somme like' mud at Kelmarsh.I do appreciate the Cloybank Scottish lads help, didn't get the names of all but I was told the big lad was Kenny Bird who I was talking to earlier on.
Must mention also Charles Peels help. Without you I would be gracefully sinking in the mud as the convoy of competitors 'weather shocked' drove past. The mud splatter I've left on the passenger wing as badge of honour(also as it was harder to remove) Thanks again lads, its amazing the sense of comraderie that was evident even in the horrendous conditions,
Nearly forgot to mention Jake and his dad I went round with both shooting a springer, brought back memories of the 80's and my HW77.
