Well I've just ordered some so we'll see what happens !
Out now and new I believe !
Has anyone tried them in the older British springers ?
I'm thinking BSA, Webley and Scott etc.
They just may be the answer to replacing the superb Eley Wasp in our older air rifles ?

“An airgun or two”………
In reading your post, above, I thought this might be a new pellet variety, so I googled it and found this video review:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwZ94kAf2go
However, it was produced in 2016, so this pellet must be an old variety.
On the other hand, I would be keen to find a replacement for the superb Eley Wasp. I am finding, after tests in recent days, that H&N Pointed are producing excellent groupings in my .22s but these are old H&Ns of some 40 years ago. I think the new H&Ns are smooth bodied. I will get some new ones, however, and try these.
Got a sample pack and worked well in my Mercury mk3 ,not been able to find full tins until now. Tried 5.54 as well god but no better than 5.53 . Where did you find a full tin?
Yes I have tried 5.55 FTT in my long 45" Mod D made 1910.
Didn't do well. Outclassed by good old Domes = <3/4" groups @ 20yds rested. Defiant Vintage didn't do well either.
Strangely, found the large FTT's shot beautifully in a 97K, so used up the tin there.
I've got a red box of oxidised old Marksman No2 bore roundheads to try when weather improves!
Still awaiting delivery of the 5.55's. Hoped they would have been here today in time for a range session but it was not to be.
