I will thanks Tone. My back certainly is an on/off problem like yours. I had several months with barely a tweak and then a week and a half ago .....BANG it went big time. Its recovering pretty quickly though. I managed the Mayday run yesterday on the bike and been out on it again this evening. Ok so I look like I've crapped myself getting on and off it and walking in general but hey ho

You definitely have to be careful with codeine with regards to toilet time. Its bizarre, You go to the doctors with an extremely bad back, they prescribe codeine which eases the pain and then five days later you put your back out again trying to have a poo!!!!!! Its not good lol
