You definitely have to be careful with codeine with regards to toilet time. Its bizarre, You go to the doctors with an extremely bad back, they prescribe codeine which eases the pain and then five days later you put your back out again trying to have a poo!!!!!! Its not good lol

Its supposed to be July the 21st. I'm not entirely sure its going to go ahead yet. One of the guys has dropped out due to marriage break up suddenly and i'm finding riding the bike is a pretty major trigger for my back. Whats a real bummer is that if I don't go the others won't go which i'm finding slightly annoying as I feel they should still do it. Also another difficulty that's cropped up is our family holiday in Devon (We basically have the use of Rachels sisters house while there away) clashes with the Italy trip due to the timing of Rachels sister going away. Rachel is adamant that I should still go to Italy though.
