Hi all, I am posting this , from my daughters computer , here in West Melbourne Florida in the good old USA.
Its sooooo, hot here, so most of the time here I have spent looking around shops such as Bass Pro, Walmart , Dicks Hunting etc etc.
What strikes me is the pathetic choice of air rifles!
Yes , I obviously know that larger firearms are openly on sale , but , Nearly every store has now a sign , stating no firearm sales to under 21's.

So I thought there may be BSA , or an Air Arms , or even a Beeman (HW in a Stetson), but alas NO , just cheap nasty Daisy's and Gamo's.
Also , you may think 30 Degrees plus , is bearable , but not for long its not , so staying in air conditioned premises makes it tolerable.

But what struck me was , If you cant go outside because of the heat and the sun , there is no difference to not being able to go out
because of the rain in the UK. You still cant go out!!!!!
But in the UK , the rain stops .
There is much to be said for a temperate climate. Where things don't eat you if you wonder off the beaten track.
I'm coming back next week ,so I hope the weather in the North west has picked up a bit.
