    Armex Customer Service - First Class

    Telephoned Armex this morning, the UK importer of Umarex Walther Air Rifles, regarding a problem on a Walther Terrus I recently purchased. The rifle was second hand but 'as new' unmarked condition. Explained to them that the rear sight would not adjust for windage and asked to purchase a spare. Chap on the phone took my details and said he will send me one free of charge. Absolutely first class response, well done Armex
