I stripped my mk1 without any special tools about twenty years ago!, Some muck had come through at speed and caused a leak, I removed the valve, Spun it in my lathe and used fine emery cloth to remove the scratch and it's still ok today!!

I'm pretty sure only the receiver was changed from round steel bar to aluminium square lump

I did ask on the Daystate forum and I was told by Daystate that there were two specialist tools needed but they can't supply them, which is fair enough. However I'm not paying £67 per hour labour.

Has anyone had any hands on experience stripping a Huntsman MK11 ?
