Two weeks ago I would have said my .177 TX200. I've wanted one since I was young, and it's even better than I dared dream. So sweet to shoot, so accurate, so beautiful. But last week I was able to get a Daystate Regal Huntsman in .177 for less than £500 from a shop, and I have to say that it's impressed me even more. I spent this afternoon putting it over the chrono, and doing a rough zero with a cheap scope, and I was amazed with the results. Less than 10fps spread over 30 shots, consistent 11ftlbs, and put pellet on pellet even without me trying. Didn't want a PCP (apart from a Rapid, although I tried one when I bought the Daystate and it just didn't feel right), but it's completely blown me away. The only downside to it is that I'll never be able to do the rifle justice. We'll see though, wanted something to get me into HFT, and this gives me the confidence to give it a go.

Has to be my phoenix mk2. Quality of the gun still amazes me. And 2nd my b&m tx200sr bullpup. That and the phoenix are keepers.

    Easy call - Mk4is.

    HW45 would be second.

I've had two HW100 and both been faultless albeit a bit heavy.

Without a doubt for me it's my 77 mastersport chameleon FTS. Only 9 made and it's such a stunning rifle to not only look at, but lovely to shoot.
These take years to find, but within 1 week I found another which I put my mate onto. Mine is number 6, I found him number 9 and he has just managed to get what was his dad's one back, which he sold in the late 80's, number 3.

Don’t know why. Just haven’t gelled with it. Maybe the thumbhole stock? Maybe the magazine, or the single loader? Or the comb is too low? Or the poor grouping (which has been improved by HC). Whatever it is, I just haven’t warmed to it. Perhaps it was a timing thing - I got it about the same time as the Mk4is and the FTP900, both (for me) are special, beside them the HW100 is (as teenagers would say) meh.
