The Chinese Diana 34 copy (sold under myriad names: 207, SYNSRG, "Hammerli" 800 etc) and its cousin the "Remington" Express are actually pretty good, and markedly better than most of the obvious competition (other Chinese springers, Gamos) at similar prices.

I nearly bought one a few years ago. But then realised that I could spend the same-ish money on a second-hand real Diana 34/36/38. Which of course I did in preference. More than once. (And, unlike the HW99 - which can be awesome - no worries about galling.). Because I'm like that.

However, as above, if you want a new inexpensive boinger, this is definitely one to consider.
