Looking for a BSA Meteor John Bowkett tuned

It’s a bit off topic, but what is the stock on your Ultra? It makes the rifle look a lot more classy than the original stock.

Hi, yes I agree, I love this stock. It's actually a BSA Techstar. It was designed by John Bowkett for the US market. The importer Compasseco (now Pyramid Air) wanted an entry level high power pcp with open sights.
It was also named the Tech Star, Stinger, Westerner. Apparently the Americans didn't like the simple stock. But those who bought one, usually find it their best airgun. I love it.

The stock is based on the Lightning/Spitfire stock. They aren't for sale anywhere. But I am thinking of replicating a few.

Ps. Mine does not have the opens mounted on the photo because then you can't use a scope.

Hi Shed tuner, thank you for your "tip" and please excuse me for my very late response. I have read the thread about the full-power Meteor. And I will certainly try it out! Yesterday I picked up an incomplete Meteor Mk5. That will be my "test plant".

Jon's is much better than Bowkett's one, and cheaper as you won't need to have your fillings replaced after using it.
