£500 for a fully shrouded, regulated rifle with anti double load. Fills to 300 bar giving you 150+ shots per fill.
Leaving you with £100 for a scope. 12 shot magazine in .177, 10 shot magazine in .22.

The best advice in the world would be to go to a shop and get a feal for the gun that fits your frame. The same applies to a scope, what suits your eyes might be pants to mine.
You can spend thousands and still miss a barn door or spend just enough and enjoy yourself. If you haven't got the talent to start with a million pound won't fix it. Whippet, Russell, a few bang sticks and a flat cap. http://www.smart-tech1st.co.uk

What sort of use? general hunting, ratting/vermin or club/range.
Do you need to travel a long way so that you make a full day of it or is it on your doorstep so you pop out for an hour (for shot capacity)

There are hundreds of options, give us a clue .

Set up? Like a gun, scope, mounts, silencer, bag, pellets, targets and pump?
    https://www.pellpax.co.uk/airguns/ai...pack-177/20215

Complete set up leaves you some change to buy other things with, like beer, chips....

Yep, nice rifles I had a pair .177 & .22 ideal for rabbits, guntrader or gunstar web sites are a good starting point for a full used set up.

Or put a wanted ad in sales.

Both go for a drive and meet in the bloody middle! Doncaster seems quite convenient and has plenty of services round it!

Fact of life, if you want something specific you must be prepared either to travel or to pay for delivery.

At least you live towards the middle of the country, for those of us who are towards an extremity getting to most places is a PITA.
