i doubt very much you'll be able to use the same powder in a 243 and a 6.5x55 if you wanted to load 58s in the 243 and 139s in the swede.

Not N140 if you're shooting light bullets in one and heavies in the other, N550 looks to be the best compromise and will allow you to do both

I'm 1.4gr shy of Viht's top load with N160 for 120 gr using Norma brass and 120 gr NBTs but you need to work up to this, gives 2860 fps in my rifle and doesn't make a mess of the deer at that speed; much slower and obturation is not good on frosty winter mornings on the does.
    Thanks for looking

    6.5x55 Load

43 grains of Ramshot Hunter behind 140 grain Sierra bullet. Either Matchking (Target) or Spitzer (stalking).

    Exactly what I use too
Just looked and I seem to have run out of Noslers , will have to get more.
I don't use my 6.5 for target shooting as accuracy goes to pot after about 8 rounds as the barrel gets to hot.
