Can anyone who have run some thousand pellets through the HW95K verify that there's no problem cocking it by gripping around the moderator? I ask because it's awfully hard to cock it with that shortened barrel.

I removed the silencer from mine and it's still a piece of cake to cock
The op is from Norway though, so no restrictions on power levels, maybe 12ftlbs+?

Drilled out the transfer port on mine and put in lighter spring, easier to cock, very smooth on firing. I originally did this as I was loosing the sight picture through the scope on firing which is very annoying.
