Lock time is an imprtant issue, but it wont make a bit of difference to 75% of the shooting population.

The other 25% will be good enough for lock time not to matter greatly.

If you do not move your rifle during the point where you settle your aim and don't move until after the pellet strikes, lock time dont meam much.

Lack of good technique (holding, trigger and follow through, breathing and all that jazz) devestates most shots rather than a "slow" lock time

    Just my opinion of course

Actually I found the stuff from David Snook and PneuGuy rather interesting.

I guess it'd be a bit boring if you had trouble following it and maybe your lips might get a bit sore from all the moving they were doing while you were reading.

Not relevant to many perhaps then nobody forced anybody to read it

The lock time post is just one of the many types of posts you get on this BBS and its this kind of diversity that makes the BBS so good.

Well, I do, a bit at least As a new owner of Daystate MK3 RT, I must say it's a most interesting read as are all David Snook's posts. Keep it up, David

Reading Posts about Lock times and similar stuff, may educate some members on here, and this to me is what its all about on these forums.
I'm not so intelligent i dont need to learn anymore,
So to be totally honest, why should you be sarcastic just because it holds no interest to you.

I can see that a lot of thought and planning went into your thread before you posted.
