Seriously, I'd guess around £120?
got to be more like £200+
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
I would expect to pay at least £120 for the rifle alone, so £200 plus sounds about right, if not a bit low. These MK 1 Meteors are sought after, as they were much nicer than the ones which followed, and us "more mature" members remember them when they were first on sale around 1960, and we couldn't afford them!

Hmm if it's a Mark 1 mint with all the accessories very scarce. I'd be pushing for more.
I'd say £200. Maybe more. As described. I can't imagine there are very many mint NIB mk1s with all the bits, given they were typically Xmas prezzies for kids.
Can't remember ever seeing one in that state offered for sale (unlike more "adult" guns whose grown-up owners kept the box etc).
PS: maybe more above means I kind of think more. £250, perhaps 300.
Does it still have that special bsa gun oil smell when you open the box? i remember that smell from my first meteor aged 13.
I would be asking at least 250 pounds for it as described!
ATB.
Ask for £300 and negotiate. You can always reduce your price if necessary. If all else fails, I'm sure that there will be lots of Forum members who would just love to buy the set.
