    Nice rifles.
    I have two in .22.

One has been converted to air -allegedly by Steve Harper.
Works fine but I only fill it to 1000 for obvious reasons!

It's a bit snazzy, but not wildly accurate. Mind you the sight pictures is dreadful for me, I can barely get any focus on the rearsight. Mine has had a Williams peep sight fitted, which I've removed as you can't see past the rearsight with it.

Both of mine shoot well and hit what I aim at.
But I can’t recall doing a target with them.

One has the Williams peep sight which I can see through ok, but open sights work well for me too.
But then I am short sighted so I don’t have normal age related focusing problems.

I agree with gingernut, they are nice little rifles -- low on power but great for plinking.
Mine have the bright nickel finish which is,as you say, a bit snazzy but it is very durable and easy to keep clean and shiny.
They were available with a blacked finish but I have never seen one in the UK

On the off chance that anyone reading this thread has 392G serial number V097780 and wants to sell it could they please let me know as I have V097778 & V097779 and it would make a nice addition to my collection.
