15mm thick in ally is fine, tolerances -0mm and +0.1mm max on the holes.Originally Posted by Rich

Could you state a tolerance on the hole centres? At the moment it's nominal 22mm.

Sorry Rich, gap between top of 22mm hole and bottom of 19mm hole is 1mm not 1,5mm sorry.
This is a complete one off, and I don't own proper measuring kit!
