I will matey. If you are over 50 and done at least 20 years, you keep all your travel privileges. For me, that means free London Bus and Underground travel for myself and Partner, 75% discount on any 1st class journey, any time on UK National Rail (including Southern Ireland) and 10 Free 1st Class tickets per year for any National Rail journey for me and partner
Given all the above, I always try and bunk the fare as it’s so much more fun

    It's a shame you'll have to wait until you're 50, Pauly. xxxxx

Seriously, though, that's a great little bonus isn't it? Probably even more so once you're retired as you'll have more time to go visiting places without the stress of the roads now - jams, numpty drivers etc.....I can see some lovely little breaks coming for you. Nice one; you deserve it.

Loverly area Paul, and it starts at the end of my road

We live on the edge of what was called 'The North Wood' years ago, all part of the Blean forest, and there's lots of history associated locally and in nearby villages.

I wonder where did you venture to mate

I'm often out cycling around the area, and had a ride out to Sandwich this morning - it was rather hot

BOING and up we go from sunny Herne village

    Show off!

However, these days a fair few do arrive on the Thursday.

And in the past, one or two on the Wednesday.

And, if The Culted One is gracing us with his presence on this occasion, who knows?..

Sounds like the very best "Fruit Burst" one could wish for, Mike.

Over ripe grapes could be good fun, methinks!

Between Marden and Staplehurst. A bit rural, at a friends place. Very close to a Winery if that helps ?
