    Early HW70 Trigger sear

Does anyone know where I can get an early HW70 trigger sear, Chambers have the newer type but not sure if this will fit as the springs are different and the later had a sear release lever not present on the early model, I have a nice first model that won't cock.

    cheers Nige

You could try building up the sear with weld, then grind with a dremel.

Getting correct dimensions is part of the problem, If i could get them I would machine up a new sear, done a few very successfully but without the correct dimensions I'm a bit stuffed, the one in the pistol has already been "played with" so no good as a pattern.

    Thanks

Think I now have the length measurement, does anyone have a pic of the sear so I can look at what the profile (trigger end) should look like

    Thanks
